Market Summary

The first quarter of 2025 has shown encouraging signs of market strength across both the Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl.
Improved sale prices, shorter time on market and narrowing gaps between listing and selling prices point to increased buyer confidence and healthy demand.
Notably, a reduction in available stock, particularly on the Atlantic Seaboard, continues to support price growth and underscores the competitiveness of well-priced, quality listings.
Overall the data reflects a more efficient, active marketplace compared to the same period last year.
