Camps Bay lies behind Table Mountain and nestles comfortably below the Twelve Apostles Mountain range sweeping all the way down to the magnificent sandy white beaches and it is home to some amazing Camps Bay property.
With its scenic beauty, long stretch of palm tree lined beach and beachfront cafes, its easy to see why Camps Bay is popular amongst tourists from the world over.
The main road buzzes in summer and one can enjoy amazing cocktails or enjoy a variety of cuisine at the many top class restaurants, cafes and bars that line this stretch.
Shopping:
For little stores interspersed between some great restaurants, take a walk down the Camps Bay strip. If you need groceries, there is a big Pick n Pay at the end of the strip in the direction of Hout Bay.
The V&A Waterfront is just 10 minutes away, offering everything from boutiques and supermarkets to speciality stores.
Schools:
Camps Bay Primary School and High School are excellent choices and are nice and close for those living in Camps Bay.
Healthcare:
The Sea Point Medical Centre, Cape Town Mediclinic and New Somerset Hospital offer a range of specialised treatments. Christian Barnard Hospital is also easily accessible in the CBD and the community is also serviced by the Camps Bay Medics (a group of local volunteer paramedics).
There are many specialist and general practices in Sea Point Main Road including General Practitioners, Chiropractors, Paediatricians etc.
Beaches:
Arguably one of Cape Towns favourite beaches, Camps Bay beach is right on your doorstep with plenty of open space to ensure your spot in the sun even in those busy summer months.
Cliftons famous sheltered beaches are also just a short walk away.
Activities:
Beach walks for sunset or sunrise as well as hikes up Table Mountain/lions head are some of the most popular outdoor activities. With its popular walkways along the strip, you can walk, cycle or run and enjoy the sea on one side and bustling cafes and restaurants on the other.

Camps Bay has an amazing variety of culinary delights for all tastes. Take your pick from sensational seafood and sushi to steakhouses and light café food.
Camps Bay allows easy access into town via Kloof neck road over the mountain.
Alternatively take the scenic route along the beach and take it all in.
