Also known as the Platinum Mile due to its prestigious beachfront setting and beautiful apartment blocks that offer never ending ocean views with Robben Island on the horizon. The Point Virgin Active Gym is within walking distance and is one of the most popular gyms around with outside volleyball court, tennis courts, inside/outside pools and all the important equipment of a modern gym. The Green Point Urban Park is also a must visit with its tranquil gardens and great setting.

The MyCiTi Bus connects the area to the rest of Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport is 30 minutes away.
